Jamie Duffy, the waste crime manager at Maidstone Borough Council, is on the trail of three fly-tippers, caught on camera dumping bags of rubbish in a lay-by. Jamie is out to find the offenders, seize their vehicles and issue them with fixed penalty notices. Elsewhere, pensions regulators close in on the former boss of a charity set up to help people with disabilities. He has taken more than £250,000 from the charity’s pension fund and used it to buy a property in France and to go on wine-tasting days.
