Jason Mohammad looks back at the best of the action from another thrilling day in Tokyo in which Britain’s equestrian star Charlotte Dujardin went for glory again.\n\nDujardin was going after an Olympic hat-trick in the individual dressage while in the men’s rugby sevens, Great Britain hoped to improve on their silver medal from Rio 2016.\n\nGold was the only thing on the mind of Britain’s rowers in the men’s four as they attempted to win their sixth-consecutive Olympic title in a run dating back to Sydney 2000.\n\nElsewhere it was time trial day in the men’s cycling with former Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas among those going for gold.
