Wolves Max and Mel are being repeatedly attacked by the pack’s alpha male, and their injuries are becoming more serious. So the keepers embark on an ambitious project to create a completely new pack with a difference – it’s all female.\n\nDid you hear about the aardvarks that wear factor fifty sun cream? Well Kate has met these pampered creatures and helps prepare a mealworm and avocado food hunt to get them digging.\n\nBen gets a peek at some incredible footage of male koala Burke as the park’s new breeding programme takes a huge step forward. The staff have their fingers crossed for a koala joey arrival.\n\nMeanwhile, keeper James tries to persuade Jean Johansson that cockroaches are insects worth getting to know.
