It’s time for coach Luke to give his Birmingham boys the news they’ve been waiting for… Who‘s made it onto the National Squad and will be going to Lilleshall for some intensive training with the national coaches?\n\nBack in Bristol, artistic gymnast Chase has an exciting training day ahead of him – he’s been invited to train with Trumaine and the rest of the Birmingham boys, who he met up with at the National Championships. He’s hoping to get some top tips and polish his floor routine ready for the British Championships, and maybe even grab a selfie with one of his all-time gymnastic heroes!\n\nElite gymnast Madi has been doing a lot of thinking – after six years of training as an artistic gymnast and scoring so highly at her Elite grading exam, she’s decided her focus would be better in another gymnastic discipline, which might also allow her a bit more time with her friends and family.\n\nTrampolinist Talia picks four times Gold medallist at the Commonwealth Games, Claudia Fragapane as her Gym Stars Top 20 Gymnast, and Nile Wilson nominates gymnastic champions Kat Driscoll and Kelly Simm to take on the acro squad for a ‘gym ball’ challenge.
