Angela Rippon, Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville continue their investigations into your travel woes. In today’s programme, the travellers still fighting for refunds months after their holidays were cancelled – including one family charged £1,200 as an administration fee and a couple asked to pay out for a transatlantic flight to a cruise that never took place. Also, the story of the customers given false hope after an insolvent coach holiday company was brought back to life by new owners, and food and travel blogger Kacie Morgan finds out how hotels and restaurants are working to keep customers safe during the pandemic.
