Nicki Chapman heads to Cornwall to find out what happened next for some horse-loving house buyers who are now enjoying the freedom of having their horses on their own land and a better quality of life. First, Nicki catches up with a mother who invested her £450,000 budget in a Cornish character cottage for her children and plenty of acreage for their animals.\n\nLater, she drops in on a couple with an original budget of £350,000 who, since moving into their dream rural home with their horses seven years ago, are making country living pay for itself with a holiday let and a successful dog-grooming business.
