When a group of youths take a wrong turn whilst on a hiking trip in the Appalachians of West Virginia, they find themselves stranded and in need of help. As they go off into the mountains to look for assistance, they come across a sinister cabin and inadvertently become prey to three murderous hillbillies, who are horribly disfigured because of generations of inbreeding.
